Tyler Ward, LCDC, CCTP, CGCS

FOUNDER, CHIEF CLINICAL OFFICER
Tyler Ward is a licensed chemical dependency counselor, a certified clinical trauma professional, and a certified grief counselor specialist. Tyler is driven by his passion for assisting individuals and families in achieving recovery from substance use disorders and other co-occurring disorders. Additionally, Tyler works to help others heal from trauma and grief and to help individuals find their purpose and mission in life. With more than a decade of experience, his own recovery, and extensive training in facilitating a specialized way to treat trauma and grief, Tyler works to heal the whole person.

Jacob Daniels

FOUNDER, CHIEF OF OPERATIONS
Jacob Daniels is passionate about serving and operating an inclusive therapeutic environment that offers a wide range of counseling services and environments to best fit any client seeks recovery. After receiving an education in business and more than a decade working in the Oil & Gas industry, Jacob now dedicates his life to helping others by providing an exceptional experience for those seeking healing and recovery from substance use disorders and other co-occurring disorders.

Robert Martinez

Co-Owner | American Board-Certified Interventionist

Robert Martinez is the Co-Owner of Winds of Change Recovery and an American Board-Certified Interventionist with more than 30 years of professional experience helping individuals and families affected by substance use disorders. With 38 years in recovery himself, Robert brings both professional expertise and firsthand understanding to every family he works with. Robert oversees the Gift of Recovery adult intervention program and owns and operates Ray’s House, a sober living home for men in Conroe, TX — supporting a full continuum of care that includes outpatient treatment, sober living, and family support. Throughout his career, Robert has helped thousands of families navigate intervention and recovery. His work has been featured on The Dr. Phil Show and other national media, reflecting his longstanding commitment to helping individuals and families find a path toward lasting recovery.

Rebecca Proano

LPC Associate

Rebecca Proano, LPC-Associate is a clinician at Winds of Change Recovery who works with adults in addiction recovery. With a background in special education and a strengths-based, client-centered approach, she helps individuals understand the underlying causes of their struggles while developing practical tools for lasting recovery. Rebecca is committed to creating a compassionate, collaborative, and judgment-free space where meaningful healing and personal growth can take place.

Lee Gundlach

Hope House Manager

Lee Gundlach serves as the House Manager for Hope House, where she is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and structured environment for women in recovery. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Social Work. Her passion for helping others, combined with her commitment to personal and professional growth, allows her to build meaningful relationships with residents while fostering accountability, stability, and hope. Lee is committed to empowering each woman who walks through Hope House’s doors as she works toward lasting recovery and a healthier future.

Ray Martinez

Ray’s House is named in honor of Ray Martinez, an avid outdoorsman, athlete, and “brother to all he met,” whose own heart work was helping others who struggled the same way he did.

Robert carries that mission forward every day through Ray’s House.
